Hyde Rewards

Hyde Rewards is our new loyalty programme! By signing up, you can earn points from your online purchases and receive benefits and rewards as a thank you from us. Anyone with a customer account is automatically signed up for Hyde Rewards—if you don’t already have an account with us, sign up here. 

Points are earned through the purchase of full priced items at hydeboutique.co.nz when you are signed into your customer account. For every $1 NZD spent, you will receive 1 point. Points are valid for 12-months from sign up. Points cannot be earned from the purchase of sale items or online gift vouchers. 

As you earn points, you can move up the tier system which entitles you to discounts and benefits. The tier system is as follows:

  • Tier one (2500 points gained over 12-months) — ongoing 5% off all full priced purchases
  • Tier two (10,000 points gained over 12-months) — ongoing 10% off all full priced purchases
  • Tier three (20,000 points over 12-months) — ongoing 10% off full priced purchases + one $500 online gift card, valid for 3-months from receiving

Points can be earned on purchases made using the loyalty discount. Loyalty discounts can only be redeemed online. You must be signed into your customer account when making purchases to gain points. 

Points balances can be viewed from your customer account. Login to your account here. We will also send you updates about your points balance every now and again, this will be sent to your email associated with your account. 

Please note, discounts gained from the Loyalty programme cannot be used in conjunctions with other discounts or offers, only one reward can be used per purchase. 

Items returned that were purchased using the Loyalty discount will be credited/refunded in the NZD price you paid for the item. Reward points will be deducted from your account for returned/credited items.  

Points may not be combined with another account, or transferred to another person. Loyalty discounts may only be used by the holder of the account, and cannot be shared with other customers. 

Terms & Conditions 

Hyde Rewards can only be redeemed from online purchases and vouchers are only valid online at hydeboutiqe.co.nz. Hyde Boutique reserves the right to modify or cancel vouchers at any time. Hyde Boutique management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of Hyde Rewards—Hyde account holders will be notified of all changes through the email associated with their account. Hyde Boutique will not provide any consideration for benefits gained or lost by changes to our Terms and Conditions.
